Shipping Policy – Rates & Delivery Estimates

At BMB Cash & Carry Warehouse, we offer fast and reliable shipping for customers who prefer delivery instead of in-store pickup. Below you’ll find our shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and important information about your order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Bulk and pallet orders may require 2–4 business days for preparation.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates

Standard Parcel Shipping (Small & Medium Orders)

Bulk & Pallet Shipping (Freight)

Freight shipments require a commercial address or loading dock access. Residential deliveries may incur additional liftgate fees.


3. Local Delivery (If Applicable)

We offer local delivery within [50] of our warehouse.

  • Orders under $250: $15 local delivery fee

  • Orders over $250: Free local delivery

  • Delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days


4. In-Store Pickup (Cash & Carry)

Customers may choose FREE in-store pickup:

  • Pickup ready within 24 hours

  • Bring your order confirmation and valid ID

  • Pickup hours: Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST


5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states (or specify regions)

  • Commercial and residential addresses

  • P.O. Boxes (parcel shipments only – no freight)

6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Incorrect shipping information

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier but will assist in tracking and resolution.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos immediately.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Keep all packaging materials.

Lost shipment claims must be filed within 7 days of the expected delivery date.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Reshipping fees may apply.
